Cash Purchase Information
How much do you need down on a custom order?
In order to get your order started in building you will need 1/2 of the total cost down at time of ordering. The other 1/2 is due on date of delivery.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Backyard Outfitters accepts cash, checks made out to Backyard Outfitter and credit cards are also accepted. Credit card payments are subject to 3% credit card payment fee.
General Information
How long does it take to deliver the shed?
If you purchase something on the lot, your shed will be delivered in two business weeks.
If you custom order your shed, the delivery time is six to eight weeks from ordering.
Do you do site work?
No, it is the responsibility of the buyer to have the site prepared for the shed prior to it's arrival. If you need assistance in this, we can recommend contractors that are great at this as well as places to get gravel or other materials you may need.
Rent To Own Information
Do you do a credit check?
No, Backyard Outfitters does not do any credit checks and purchasing the shed on the rent to own program does not go against your credit score.
What do you need to have to do the rent to own?
You do not need a credit check, you can simply bring in the first months payment and the security deposit. You will need references to complete the process as well as your ID.
Ordering Information
What comes standard with each building?
All 8ft wide buildings come with a standard single door.
All 10ft wide buildings (and larger) come with a standard double door.
Windows are extra on all buildings.
Do you build on site?
Yes, Backyard Outfitters can build on site. However, this is a 30% surcharge for that service.
